Who ever said that discover scuba diving could not become a Day event like domino Day ? come and discover the incredible pictures of this fantastic free event we organized in collaboration with Decathlon in Maratxi. In june 2007, decathlon approched hippocampes divers to become a yearly partner in organizing the DSD Day (hippocampes Divers trademark). Therefore this year was our second edition, and we were prepared for it as you'll see throughout the shots coming along.Organisation : - 10 tanks - 6 complete kits - masks and defog spray to last the day - Pamphlets, diplomas, tables, boards, banners, music and everything we might need to make the day "Rock & Roll" After the preparation in the center, the transport of all the equipment across the beach, driving to decathlon the night before, we were finally ready to kick-off at 9:00 am on saturday 13th of july 2008. Throughout the whole day we did some amazing discover scuba diving sessions and snorkelling sessions. A few Bubblemaker experiences for the young 8-9 year old. At the end of the event we had successfully made a count 30 DSD's, 10 Bubblemaker and 10 snorkellers discovering the joys of floating along with us in a pool on a 40° day.
